Sasthappan kovil construction

 

The administrative committee of the temple decided with the grace of Sree Muthappan to construct a kovil (temple)for Sasthappan.The estimated cost of this kovil is rupees 250000(2.5 Lakh). You can join this venture either by donation or through sponsor .The names of the sponsors will be kept by carving in the granite

                                   The temple Is very famous for various reasons.Thousands of devotees are coming here to fulfill their desires. Sree muthappan is the main deity of this temple. Sree Muthappan is a Saiva-Vaishnava sakthi.The other deities are Sree guru,Sasyhappan,Parasakthi(goddes),Narasimha Murthy and Sree Gulikan.

                                   The main attractive of this Temple Is an ancient cave.In this cave a sivayogi from Karnataka(kudagu District) Made penance(thapus).    This sivayogi is  a devotee of sree subramanya swami.Now this cave is Worshipped as the shrine of Sree Subramanya.The Holy gaze and blessings of Sree Muthappan is being showered up on  the devotees who dedicated themselves through their heart – melting prayers.Thus they are relieved from all sorts of sorrows and illness,troubles and tribulations and they bid farewell with joyous heart and peace of mind from His Holy Shrine
